The Transition Academy | College/career exploration for high school students impacted by autism and intellectual developmental disorders. The Transition Academy TTA is Jackson County Missouris most comprehensive transition program. Based in Kansas City MO we partner with high schools to support youth with disabilities as they prepare for the workforce. Through career exploration job readiness training and connections to employers we help students feel excited about their posthigh school opportunities and work to make economic inclusion a reality.
