Vida Plena
Vida Plena provides community-led evidence-based depression treatment to marginalized groups in Latin America leading to significant increases in mental health and overall wellbeing. We train local leaders how to provide a highly-scalable intervention known as group Interpersonal Therapy g-IPT. g-IPT is recommended by the WHO as a first-line treatment in low-resource settings because of the extensive body of evidence demonstrating its effectiveness improving mental health.
