What is important to us. As a result of a strategic planning session BFA has adopted a set of core values that apply to all our interactions including how we treat each other as colleagues. As a leadership team we strive to model and incorporate these tenets at every level of our work therefore it is not a separate policy equity diversity and inclusion is built into our creative process. We operate knowing that hope comes from resilience and resilience can be taught.
