The purpose of MN Mahaperiyava Satsang is to demonstrate, follow and promote the principles of "Sanatana Dharma,” as expounded by Kanchi Kamakoti Matam and its 68th Seer Sri Sri Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Mahaswamigal (also known as Mahaperiyava). Our goal is to propagate and pass on the key teachings and principles of Mahaperiyava to the next generation and thereby preserve Sanatana Dharma. Our periodical gatherings (satsangs) help create a confluence of traditional, cultural and spiritual values based on the Vedic teachings imparted by Mahaperiyava for the welfare of humanity.

Sanatana Dharma Sanatana dharma in Hinduism term used to denote the eternal or absolute set of duties or religiously ordained practices incumbent upon all Hindus regardless of class caste or sect. Different texts give different lists of the duties but in general sanatana dharma consists of virtues such as honesty refraining from injuring living beings purity goodwill mercy patience forbearance selfrestraint generosity and asceticism.
