THE FCC CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CDC) OPENED ITS DOORS SEPTEMBER 8, 1987 WITH THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF PROVIDING QUALITY CHILDCARE TO THOSE FAMILIES LIVING AND WORKING IN THE DOWNTOWN TULSA AREA AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THE CDC PROVIDES FULL TIME CARE TO CHILDREN RANGING FROM INFANTS TO FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN. THE CDC IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING A WHOLESOME ATMOSPHERE TO MEET THE NEEDS FOR EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL CHILDREN.
