Ryan Shines Foundation Inc
Ryan Shines is dedicated to the healing of pediatric burn survivors & firefighters. In our son’s memory, we created Ryan Shines Burn Foundation to bring healing love, joy, and security to pediatric burn Survivors and to Firefighters. With our kids, we guide them into their own unique future. We also provide educational scholarships to the school of their choice. We arrange financial assistance to ‘burn camps’, and equip their families to help rebuild their lives. But when it comes to rebuilding lives, we never forget our Firefighters who are struggling through the emotional impact of PTSD, which often leads to suicide. Finally, Ryan Shines is co-developing ‘statewide Firefighter Peer support teams.’ The glue that holds our Mission together is the bond we are forging between firefighters and pediatric burn survivors.
