The Hidden Gem Creative Studios is a 501-C3 youth development arts organization dedicated to providing career and educational pathways for BIPOC artists ages 18-28 who have been marginalized by the mainstream entertainment industry, and not afforded an opportunity to pursue a career in the media industry. We recruit, train and employ these artists to prepare them for the media industry and post-secondary education so they can improve the way we are portrayed in media, and create stories that advance Public Health, Environmental Justice and Cultural Equity.
