Our team has grown to over 700 individuals throughout the boroughs and around the world as we strive to provide an inclusive running community with performance based resources. TRAINING SESSIONS TRACK TUESDAY Focus on speed development with faster and shorter intervals. Sessions7AM 7PM McCarren Park Track7AM East River Park Track Example workout 4x1200 meters three laps half marathon pace followed by 4x400 meters 5k pace 90 sec.
