Who We Are Programs Services Ways to Give Events Photos More Welcome Our mission is to provide Central Illinois veterans with the tools and support systems to enable them to move forward to obtain a permanent home. Our Vision Provide veterans with holistic services designed to eliminate barriers in obtaining permanent sustainable housing. The CIVC will partner with the VA civic organizations human service agencies the Board of Health and community colleges to ensure each veteran has access to services. The inclusive services offered are but not limited to mental health counseling dental workplace financial skills life coaching and housing programs.
