CATSKILLS FOOD HUB + A Single Bite We have news. The Catskills Food Hub is now operated by A Message from A Single Bite In early 2023 A Single Bite assumed operations at the Sullivan Catskills Regional Food Hub facility in Liberty NY. This expansion enables A Single Bite to broaden our current Family Meal and Education Programs and to promote farmtoschool programs and an employersubsidized CSA increasing the amount and the quality of fresh produce on school menus to local food pantries and for working families. By operating the Catskills Food Hub we will become an essential part of Sullivan Countys food economy adding local food distribution to our core mission.
