COLORED PENCIL SOCIETY OF AMERICA'S (CPSA) MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE STATURE AND AWARENESS OF COLORED PENCIL ART AS A FINE ART FORM AND SERVE AS A FORUM FOR THE EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION OF ITS MEMBERS. CPSA ALSO SPONSORS JURIED EXHIBITIONS TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST AESTHETIC STANDARDS OF FINE ART TO THE PUBLIC.
