Hills Hope Performing Arts Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was created with the needs of youth musicians and performers of West Virginia and the Tristate Area in general at its core. It was founded to provide a conduit of performing arts education programming specifically in the marching arts that: Pursues and maintains a high level of achievement. Commits to developing its students into top level performers. Allows students to remain active in their school and community music programs. Is located relatively close to home. Is affordable for students to participate.
