OUR FIRST INITIATIVE WAS THE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM, DESIGNED TO HELP LAUNCH AND NURTURE THE CAREERS OF TV AND ENTERTAINMENT PROFESSIONALS AND CREATIVES FROM UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS WHO STAND TO MAKE GREAT CONTRIBUTIONS TO HRTS AND THE INDUSTRY.
