THE MISSION OF HEALING RACISM INSTITUTE OF PIONEER VALLEY, INC IS TO BUILD RACISM-FREE COMMUNITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS. THE ORGANIZATION IS GUIDED BY A DIVERSE GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO BELIEVE THAT FACILITATING A SUSTAINED PROCESS OF UNDERSTANDING THE ROOT CAUSES AND IMPACT OF RACISM CAN SERVE AS A CATALYST TO OVERCOME THE HISTORIC AND ONGOING IMPACT OF RACISM ON OUR SOCIETY. THE ORGANIZATION'S VISION IS A COMMUNITY WHERE EVERYONE HAS THE TOOLS, STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT NECESSARY TO FOSTER INCLUSIVITY, RESPECT AND RESILIENCE IN AN EFFORT TO BUILD A HARMONIOUS AND VIBRANT REGION THAT PROVIDES EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL.
