Home Donate Volunteer Our Programs Contact More Our Story Cat Trap Fever was formed in the summer of 2024 not only to promote TNR TrapNeuterReturn efforts within Cumberland County but also to pursue changing laws policies and increase public support regarding community cats. Only through cooperation between nonprofit organizations local governments and the community can overpopulation of community cats be controlled maintained and reduced. Education is key to change. Cat Trap Fever does not maintain an animal shelter and is not a fullservice rescue group in the traditional sense.
