RSF » Rangers Scholarship Fund Rangers Scholarship Fund RSF UPDATE The Special Operations community mourns the recent loss of Tommy Lazzaro. This really hit close to home. Tommy was the son of Tom Lazzaro a Director with the RSFs Board of Directors and who was one of the original Rangers to establish the RSF. Our prayers and support pour out to the entire Lazzaro family.
