Ponderosa High School Foundation
The primary objectives and purposes of this organization shall be to raise funds and to promote the enhancement of education at Ponderosa High School, Shingle Springs, California, through enrichment and development of programs, including the improvement of the physical plant and the development and support of students’ activities and achievements. No substantial part of the activities of the organizations shall consist of the publication or dissemination of the materials or statements with the purpose of attempting to influence legislation. The organization shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.
