For those that knew Jack White… From Andrea Rudnik at Team Brownsville: “Long time Team Brownsville supporter and mentor Jack White passed away yesterday. Jack was one of our earliest partners and friends in the work of assisting migrants crossing into Brownsville. He was director of Good Neighbor back in 2018 and was instrumental in getting the city involved in meeting the needs of the incoming asylum seekers. We worked closely with him for the benefit of so many people. Well done good and faithful servant. You exemplified servant leadership and never backed down 🙏🏽🩵🕊️” (fb)

We are looking for a very part time volunteer to serve as administrative assistant to our Executive Director. Grannies Respond Abuelas Responden Protecting and Caring for Asylum Seekers This is a dark day in America. At the very least the election results will mean much more trauma and fear for asylumseekers. Grannies Respond stands firm in its mission to support and advocate for asylumseekers in all the ways we can legal assistance Know Your Rights clothing housing work permits work health education and general wellbeing and integration here in the U.
