With a wealth of experience and a dedication to service, our new COO brings a dynamic and thoughtful approach to the team. A Navy SEAL veteran, he lives in Fairfield with his family, including his wife, three energetic boys, and a sweet baby girl. In their free time, they love getting outdoors and exploring their new community. They’re also diving back into Jiu-jitsu as a family! Known for his commitment to personal growth, he carries a notebook and pen to capture new ideas and insights—a habit that keeps him organized and focused. As he steps into his new role at Higher Ground, we’re excited to see how his passion for learning and his leadership background will inspire and support our mission.
