At our organization, we are dedicated to preventing and intervening in homelessness through innovative approaches. Our mission is to empower individuals through career training programs that equip them with skills and experience needed to secure stable employment. We believe in proactive outreach, integrating street outreach into our field training to reach those in need where they are. By providing assistance with accessing disability benefits, we strive to address the underlying challenges that contribute to homelessness. We recognize that disability benefits serve as a vital pathway to access to permanent housing. Through our comprehensive approach, we aim to break the cycle of homelessness and empower individuals to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
