Through the sale of the North Colorado Medical Center in the fall of 2019 The Weld Trust formerly known as NCMC Inc. became a health conversion foundation. Through grants to nonprofit organizations The Weld Trusts vision is for Weld County to become the healthiest and most educated County in the State of Colorado.
