Texas Lamb Breeders Association :: Texas Lamb Breeders Association Texas Lamb Breeders Association With close to 200 members today the Texas Lamb Breeders Association continues to grow and support our youth across the state. Starting in the mid 1990s as a discussion among breeders the association was officially formed in 1998. From the very beginning the TLBA has sponsored lamb shows sales and educational events to help our youth. We have given numerous scholarships and are now partnered with the San Antonio Livestock Show and the Texas Lamb Validation Committee to give four 2000 scholarships and two 10000 scholarships each year during the Sheep SkillAThon at the San Antonio Show.
