Building Our Home for the Arts More than a Symbol The Wareham is an iconic structure that is beloved by our community yet it is a dilapidated shell of its former self. Our 35 million capital campaign will revive this historical icon in the heart of downtown and make Manhattan a place that is recognized celebrated and sought after for its thriving arts cultural and entertainment offerings. Why does Manhattan need Wareham Hall. Only 14 of over 1000 survey respondents believe that Manhattan has performances that represent my interests.
