Let your voice be heard on this #EndangeredSpeciesDay. An executive order was proposed on April 17, 2025, to rescind the longstanding definition of “harm” under the Endangered Species Act. The proposal states that the definition of “harm,” which currently includes habitat loss and modification, “runs contrary to the best meaning” of the statute.
