GALEX FOUNDATION

Our mission is to promote health. We believe that health is fundamental to a happy and productive life, and that opportunities to improve health should be accessible to all. We target specific populations that are under-served and under-insured. Current programs as of 9/17: ~health screenings for adults at high risk for prostate cancer, kidney disease, hypertension & diabetes ~academic program for at-risk students to incentivize their success in school. ~post-mastectomy breast massage for low income breast cancer patients ~tennis programs for cardiovascular and overall fitness, and socialization ~hurricane harvey relief G. Alex Foundation is operated by volunteers who have full time careers, including Executive Director Glen Alex. Thus, 90+% of funds raised go directly to our programs.
