Our mission is to offer individuals experiencing dementia a place where they can experience a sense of community, socialize with peers, and engage in meaningful, and personalized activities. In doing so, A Place Like Home aims to prevent premature nursing home placements and to ensure that participants have a fulfilling and enriching experience while attending the program.
