Expressing themselves through their art or recording their lyrics and their music in a recording studio with our team of professional writers, producers and singers gives them a creative process of self-awareness and rediscovery. Our professional artists provide instruction and all materials to participants who want to express themselves through visual art. They keep an MPs or the artwork they created as are minded of what brings joy to their lives.

Our hope is that their creativity in telling their story through the arts and music will not only make them feel their lives are worth living but also inspire others struggling to do the same.
