Whether end of life comes naturally, as a result of an accident, or the final chapter of a disease, planning ahead can make things easier. Join the Methow Valley Advance Care Planning Group and Worry-Free Wednesdays for a workshop that will give you guidance on where to start planning and how to have conversations with those close to you about what quality of life means to you. All participants will leave with an End-of-Life planning checklist & essential documents.
