Plateau Outreach Ministries (POM) helps the community’s most vulnerable meet their basic needs. This includes food, utilities, rent, medical prescriptions, emergency shelter, and referrals for those who suffer from addiction or domestic violence. To provide Christ-centered social services to the community on behalf of the churches of the Plateau Ministerial Association.

POM is a single source for those who seek to move out of crisis providing essentials such as food clothing and vouchers for utilities rent and prescriptions as well as individual case management to best address each persons unique needs.
