Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin
The Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin is a nonprofit community corporation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in north central Wisconsin. Founded on January 22, 1987, as the Wausau Area Community Foundation, it later expanded its scope and changed its name to reflect its broader service area, which includes Marathon County and surrounding communities like Merrill, Antigo, Minocqua, Boulder Junction, and Three Lakes.
