Restoring and preserving merit-based admissions at Lowell High School in San Francisco, CA. For generations, Lowell High School has served San Franciscans, especially immigrant and minority communities, as a place where hard-working, talented, and ambitious students could find kindred spirits also seeking knowledge and a path to a better life. The Friends of Lowell Foundation is an umbrella organization that supports all parties who seek to protect the Lowell name and merit-based admissions at Lowell High.
