Global Lives Project - A Video Library of Life Experiences

A video library of life experience produced by volunteers for empathy & global citizenship. #GivingTuesday: https://t.co/RSJ5J1IW69 A collaborative video library of human life experience that reshapes how we conceive of cultures, nations, & people outside of our own communities. The Global Lives Project is a video library of life experience designed to cultivate empathy across cultures. We curate an ever-expanding collection of films that faithfully capture 24 continuous hours in the lives of individuals from around the world. Through the medium of video, we explore the diversity of human experience and encourage discussion, reflection, and inquiry about the wide variety of cultures, ethnicities, languages, and religions on this planet. Our goal is to foster empathy and cross-cultural understanding through our main programs in video production, our exhibits, our interactive website and educational programs, including a toolkit for educators, which can be used in classrooms alongside the films to encourage students of all ages to think critically about their experience of the films.
