Cascadia Clusters Cascadia Clusters is a nonprofit developing and implementing opportunities for houseless individuals and individuals in recovery to gain valuable construction skills so they can build infrastructure that addresses service gaps in their own communities. Construction On The Job Training in for People in Early Recovery Our trainees work from 8 am 4 pm under supervision of our Construction Trainer.
