FHF aims to ensure that all people with disabilities are fully included in school, work, and recreational activities. Its mission is to educate and empower individuals with disabilities, their families, professionals, and communities by providing resources, training, vocational opportunities, crisis intervention, and family-to-family support. FHF envisions a world where all persons with disabilities are full embraced and included in the communities in which they live.
