Library Consortium of Eastern Idaho Library Consortium of Eastern Idaho Library Consortium of Eastern Idaho Welcome to LCEI The Library Consortium of Eastern Idaho LCEI is a consortium of multitype libraries serving the public of Eastern Idaho. It encourages collaboration resource sharing staff development and technical innovations among its member libraries to ensure that the citizens of Eastern Idaho receive quality uptodate library services and have access to current accurate information. The consortium was formerly known as Eastern Idaho Library Network EILNet. In early 2003 the 20 libraries of EILnet merged with several other libraries known as Eastern Idaho Libraries EILS to form the new consortium.
