Early Head Start • Early Intervention • Parents as Teachers • Caterpillar Clubhouse • Kindermusik The mission of Root for Kids is to promote the success of children one family at a time. Since 1993, we have served over 20,000 pregnant women, infants, and toddlers by providing home-based parent education, clinical and child health and development services throughout Washington County, the Arizona Strip, San Juan County, Utah and starting in Iron County, Utah this summer. We currently serve over 600 families every week through programs like Early Head Start for low-income families, Early Intervention for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or conditions, Parents as Teachers for pregnant women in stressful situations, on-site parent/toddler Kindermusik therapy classes and center-based childcare.
