Joshua Tree Residential Education Experience (JTREE) is a non-profit organization who seeks to establish an outdoor education campus in Joshua Tree National Park. JTREE is a partner with Joshua Tree National Park. Our mission statement is "to immerse, engage and educate young people in Joshua Tree National Park, inspiring them to live healthy lives, become socially involved, and take action to sustain a healthy planet. " Joshua Tree Residential Education Experience is a non-profit organization whose goal is to establish and operate a multi-day outdoor education campus in partnership with Joshua Tree National Park getting kids outdoors and inspiring them to understand desert lands and why they are important. As students learn about the desert, they're inspired to protect and care for it. Providing youth outdoor education also increases self-confidence and inspire youth to live healthy, positive, and socially engaged lives. The program will focus on a diverse student body.
