Decker Foundation Our History In 2004 after many years of travel in the Domincan Republic and Haiti former advertising and marketing executive and New Yorker Charlie Decker started a foundation dedicated to helping the orphange Nios de Cristo in La Romana in the Dominican Republic. This support has expanded to two other orphanges Jackies House in Santo Domingo Orphange Hope of a Child in Monte Cristi and Dr.
