DEI Student Access for Independent Schools in Los Angeles
We are an LA-based nonprofit that is bridging the gap between people of color & independent schools. Private School Axis creates a bridge between communities of color and independent schools by:
1) Helping under-served families of color navigate the school selection, admission, and enrollment process
2) Recruiting, placing, and supporting educators of color in schools
3) Providing professional development to schools around diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), including a defined accreditation process.

Bridging the Gap Between People of Color and Independent Schools We partner with Los Angeles area independent schools to create pathways for underrepresented students and families of color to access navigate and thrive in private education. STUDENT PLACEMENT We guide support and represent students and families of color throughout the private school admissions process and for the duration of their independent school journey. Are you considering Los Angeles area private schools for a student of color. EDUCATOR PLACEMENT We help qualified educators of color find employment at independent schools and provide ongoing professional development for our annual educator cohort.
