UAR is group of animal protectors and volunteers from different countries united by one mission saving animals in Brazil who are in need and we invite more like-minded individuals to join the mission and protect those that cannot protect themselves. United Animal Rescue is non profit 501 (c) 3. Brazil, one of the most beautiful countries in the world, home to over 217 million people, and one of the worlds largest economies, is facing a major issue. With over 30+ million stray animals, Brazil is home to the second-largest stray animal population in the world. Our mission? Give these animals a chance. On average, we rescue 12 animals each day. We provide vaccinations, medical care, foster care, and sterilization, to remove animals from the streets, find them loving homes, and prevent this neglected population from growing. In 2021, we opened Rescue, medical assistance, sterilization of stray animals. Reducing stray population by offering free sterilization. Hospitalization and rehabilitation of rescued animals. Fostering and Adoption.
