The mission of Springboard Social Enterprises is to (1) support nonprofit organizations in fulfilling their tax-exempt purposes by providing them with management, accounting, and human resource services on an exclusive, not-for-profit basis; (2) help these nonprofits achieve certain administrative efficiencies and cost savings which, in turn, will enable them to better accomplish the charitable and educational purposes for which they were established; (3) exercise oversight over these nonprofits to ensure they are in compliance with all legal requirements applicable to their business operations; and (4) promote social entrepreneurship.
