California Asian Peace Officers As sociation (CAPOA) is most proud of its annual scholarship program, which awards deserving young college bound high school seniors with financial assistance, which is strictly funded by public donations. It promots and encourages the welfare of the social relation between the Asian community and CAPOA. CAPOA is committed to the belief that the positive interaction this program generates between the leaders of tomorrow and law enforcement officers.
