Our mission is to provide trauma informed care by providing resources from multiple pathways. After treatment and/or incarceration, having aftercare support is crucial to sustain recovery. We provide a safe environment with community, opportunity, tools and resources, and zero judgment to ignite the passion in the souls of those seeking recovery. Our goal is to make dreams happen through multiple programs, support systems, meetings, and harm reduction approaches, because we believe everyone deserves a second chance!
