Az’uel’s Community Connections is a non-profit organization that focuses on bridging the gap between socially disadvantaged populations and social inequalities linked to healthcare and behavioral health disparities. Our mission is to provide clients with a safe space to achieve optimal services regardless of insurance status. Our objective is to decrease social disparities by providing wrap-around services focused on proper healthcare, behavioral health, life skills, and coping skills to help enhance the quality of life of adults, children, and families.
