We are a nonprofit organization with a mission to spay/neuter EVERY cat in Tioga County PA! Our mission is to improve the lives of animals and people in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, through TNR (trap, neuter/spay/vaccinate, return) of stray cats, spay/neuter of owned cats, fostering and adoptions of sick, injured, abused, and homeless cats and dogs, providing pet food and assistance to those in need, and other services as needs arise. We strive to continuously grow and adapt our organization in order to assist our community in the most effective way.
