TO PROVIDE BOYS AND GIRLS IN THE AMARILLO AND PANHANDLE AREA WHO HAVE SPECIAL MUSICAL ABILITIES WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY AND PERFORM CHALLENGING CHORAL LITERATURE.
