This journey began in 2017 with the CloquetEskoCarlton Cycling Team CEC MTB in the Minnesota State High School League MHSCL and the National Interscholastic Cycling Association NICA. Since then the CEC MTB Board of Directors has been hard at work preparing us for the future as we continue to experience exponential growth in student athlete numbers on our team in what is now the Minnesota Cycling Association MCA.
