National Church Residences

National Church Residences is proud to announce the start of construction on Bretton Woods Phase II, a new 60-unit affordable housing community for seniors in Columbus' Northland neighborhood. This expansion builds on the success of our first phase, which opened in 2022, and reflects our ongoing commitment to providing safe, supportive, and affordable homes for older adults—especially those facing health challenges and housing cost burdens. With support from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, the City of Columbus, and Franklin County, Bretton Woods II will offer not just homes—but a sense of community.
