Vecinos Unidos mission is to assist residents in developing quality neighborhoods that address the housing and economic needs of the area by collaborating with public and private entities, to develop housing and small businesses that enhance,attract and support social and public services.Vecinos goals are to build and increase the Community Capacity and Leadership, Stimulate Economic Development, Build Community Relationships, and Create a Positive Environment. Vecinos shall engage in all activities necessary to (1) Improve community conditions by identifying community problems and encouraging their resolution by community members; (2) Educate low-income families and individuals by providing general information on methods of preserving and improving the community.
