Mission The Terre Rouge Project's Father Initiative Program aims to heal the emotional wounds caused by father absence in children, families, and communities. We strive to increase the presence and involvement of fathers in the lives of their children by raising awareness of the negative impacts of father absence and fostering collaboration across various sectors. Our workshops and panel discussions serve as a platform for enhancing the bonds between fathers, children, and families, creating a more nurturing and supportive environment for all. Our unique program provides comprehensive parenting skills to men in caregiving roles— including fathers, stepfathers, foster parents and relative caregivers—using an innovative support group model.
